Second Chances Outreach Inc. is a non-profit   501(c)3 organization reaching kids around the world with a life-changing message.

Dr. Joseph Jennings relies on his personal experiences to show how the choices young people are making now will impact their lives in the future.

One principal reacted to an assembly saying, “I have brought in a General of the United States Army, a U.S. Senator, State Senator, several judges, the mayor, county commissioners, and professional baseball and football players.  The most notable to visit our stage was Reverend Jesse Jackson.  However, the person who left the greatest impression on us was Joseph Jennings.”
